Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie Anne Bertinelli, born 23rd April 1960 was a famous American actor. When she was a teen her fame was boosted by her role as Barbara Cooper Royer in the sitcom One Day at a Time, for which she won two Golden Globe Awards were won for best supporting actress in a miniseries or series or TV film. In the following years, she became a star as an adult on the television series Touched by an Angel 2001-2003 as well as Melanie Moretti in the sitcom Hot in Cleveland 2010-2015. In the latter, she was awarded an Screen Actors Guild Award. She was given a Hollywood Walk of Fame star in 2012. Bertinelli has hosted several programs on Food Network, such as the cooking show Valerie's Home Cooking (2015-2023) as well as Kids Baking Championship (2015-present) with 2 Daytime Emmy Awards for the earlier show, out of six nominations. In December 2021 Bertinelli announced a contract extension with Food Network.Bertinelli was the wife of rock musician Eddie Van Halen from 1981 to 2007, with whom she has one child Wolfgang. Tom Vitale was her husband from 2011 until 2020.
